Delivery & Returns

All our teas and coffees are hand packed fresh to order and we aim to dispatch within  3 / 5  working business days,  then  please  allow  time  for  the  chosen  postal  option. ( Godown & Sales Office is open Monday to Friday 9.00 am till 4.00 pm). Occasionally we may be awaiting a new coffee or shipment of tea in which case we would notify you if we expected a delay of more than 7 to 10 days..
